Chelsea™ Vinyl Fence

The Chelsea™ vinyl fence has pickets that are spaced 3" apart. The difference between the Chelsea™ and the Plymouth™ is the bottom rail. The bottom rail on the Chelsea fence is 1.75" x 3.5" while the Plymouth™ is a 1.5" x 5.5". Each Picket is individually notched so they are locked into the bottom rail.
