The Berkshire™ 42" x 4' wide Commercial Railing

The Berkshire™ 42" high x 4' wide vinyl railing has a traditional 2" x 3.5" top and bottom rail with 1.5" square pickets. The 4' width is perfect for those small spaces. The Berkshire™ vinyl railing is International Residential Code (IRC) and International Building Code (IBC) compliant. The Berkshire™ is tested in accordance with ICC-ES AC174 standards as evaluated by PEI, Inc. Code Compliance Report PER-12049.

Our 4' Berkshire™ vinyl railing includes a heavy duty aluminum insert in the top rail for superior strength, the bottom rail includes a toe-kick. Available in White, Tan, and Khaki.

The Berkshire™ stair vinyl railing comes in 8' wide and 6' wide lengths. The brackets are made for going down a stair angle of 30 to 40 degrees. The boxed stair railing includes aluminum inserts in the top and bottom rail. All brackets and instructions are included. (remember since the railing is being installed at an angle, your actual coverage will be less then the rail size)

Each railing panel includes 2 top and 2 bottom brackets and all necessary fasteners. If you are cutting a panel in half, order your extra brackets here. If your layout requires a 45 degree angle, use the 45 degree adapter in conjunction with the standard bracket. Our polycarbonate brackets are tested to AC174 standards.

Our Post Mounting system is made to fit over our 4" x 4" posts. If you are connecting to Concrete you must purchase the concrete hardware kit for each mount you purchase. The Berkshire™ 42" Commercial Gates use a 2" x 3.5" top and bottom rail.The gates are 60" wide, but the rails are marked so you can cut them to 48" or 36" wide. As always, you can trim them down to make your own custom size. Our Vinyl Gate Kits include the best gate hardware available, manufactured by D&D Technologies. The hardware is black polyvinyl and has a limited lifetime warranty! No rusting, binding, deforming or staining! The hinges are "multi-adjustable" for vertical and horizontal adjustment and also feature tension adjustment for self-closing. The latches are key lockable!
