The Chelsea vinyl fence has pickets that are spaced 3" apart. The difference between the Chelsea and the Plymouth is the bottom rail. The bottom rail on the Chelsea fence is 1.75" x 3.5" while the Plymouth is a 1.5" x 5.5". Each Picket is individually notched so they are locked into the bottom rail.
