The Washington™ 36" x 10' wide railing

The Washington™ 10' (116" Coverage) Wide railing has a molded T-Rail top rail and a 2" x 3.5" bottom rail. The Washington™ 10' is International Residential Code Compliant (IRC) and tested in accordance with ICC-ES AC174 standards as evaluated by PEI, Inc. Code Compliance Report PER-08030. The railing when installed is 36" tall. Our Railing includes heavy duty aluminum inserts in the top rail for superior strength. Available in White, Tan, and Khaki.

The Washington™ Stair RailingThe Washington™ Stair Railing
The Washington™ stair vinyl railing comes in 8' wide and 6' wide lengths. The brackets are made for going down the a stair angle of 30 to 40 degrees. The boxed stair railing includes aluminum inserts in the top and bottom rail. All brackets and instructions are included. (remember since the railing is being installed at an angle, your actual coverage will be less then the rail size)

These sleeves fit over 4" x 4" treated wood or our heavy duty post mounts. The brackets that come with the railing screw through the vinyl and into the wood or our post mounts for a strong connection.

Railing BracketsRailing Brackets
Each railing panel includes 2 top T-Rail brackets and 2 bottom 2" x 3.5" brackets and all necessary fasteners. Our polycarbonate brackets are tested to AC174 standards. If you are cutting a panel in half, order your extra brackets here.

The T-Rail Straight Kit includes one (1) T-Rail straight and one (1) 2" x 3.5" straight.

When ordering extra brackets for T-Rail stairs, order both the T-Rail Stair Brackets (pair) and the 2”x 3.5” Stair Brackets (pair). The T-Rail Stair Brackets (pair) include 1 T-Rail bracket for the top of the stairs and 1 T-Rail bracket for the bottom of the stairs. The 2" x 3.5" Stair Brackets (pair) include (2) 2” x 3.5” stair brackets, which are interchangeable for the top and bottom of the stairs.

If your layout requires a 45 degree angle, use the 45 degree adapter in conjunction with the standard bracket.

The Washington™ GatesThe Washington™ Gates
The Washington™ Gates use a 2" x 3.5" top and bottom rail. The gates are 60" wide, but are marked so you can cut them to 48" or 36" wide. As always, you can trim them down to make your own custom size. Our Vinyl Gate Kits include the best gate hardware available - manufactured by D&D Technologies. The hardware is black polyvinyl and has a limited lifetime warranty! No rust, binding, deforming or staining! The hinges are "multi-adjustable" for vertical and horizontal adjustment - plus tension adjustment for self-closing. The latches are key lockable! The Double Drive Gates also include a key lockable drop rod. If you want your own custom gate size - you can reduce the size on site!
