	A story from a satisfied customer - At Weatherables® by USAVinyl, we only sell the strongest vinyl fencing on the market - period. Recently, a major windstorm blew through our property causing a 35' pine tree to fall on our recently purchased Hampshire picket vinyl fence. The fence fell over but stayed perfectly intact and was not damaged by the tree - nothing broken! All we had to do was simply put them back together. I ordered all my pieces and they looked over the order to see if I had missed anything. The ordering was very easy and it also gives you suggestions on what you might want to use with it. They said that it would take 2 - 3 wks and on the third week I received an e-mail saying that it was ready to ship. My e-mail said that it was in Hagerstown Md and would be shipped to my house on Friday. I spoke with a delivery person and they said that since it was coming to my house that the fence went to Pa and they handeled residential delivery. She was very pleasant and helpful. She gave me their phone number and I then called them, just to verify the delivery date. When I spoke with them they said that they could not deliver on Friday. I thought well here we go, this it the part that slows you down, waiting on it to be delivered. The gentleman said that he was booked up for Monday but could he deliver on Saturday. I said sure, as this was only one day more. Then they called me back on Thursday and said that they wanted to deliver on Friday as planned. They helped me get my delivery asap. They delivered the shipment and it was a large pallet. My husband and son-in-law was there to receive the delivery and was expecting to unload it by themselves, well the truck driver stepped in and helped. He was very nice and helpful. Now everything has been great so far, so we are thinking, well something has to be wrong with the fence. We unrapped the skid and everything was was stacked very neatly, and there was nothhing wrong.
