All of our Vinyl Fences come with free lifetime implementation support.
USAVinyl Fence Company has a Non-Prorated Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of our residential vinyl fencing and horse fencing and is approved by Underwriters Laboratories (UL)!
All orders will have a copy of the warranty sent with each order – e-mail us if you want us to send you an electronic copy.
The first place to look for quality is in the manufacturer's warranty. If the manufacturer doesn't back their product up with a non-prorated Lifetime Warranty (the lifetime of the purchaser) then you have reason for concern.
You should also ask who is standing behind the warranty. Is it the store? If so, what happens if the store discontinues the line? How do you get a replacement? If the manufacturer is backing the warranty you should ask how long they have been in business and how likely is it that they'll still be in business when you need them.
For our customer’s peace of mind Ultraguard a division of Alside (www.alside.com) is the company who warrants USAVinyl’s residential and horse vinyl fencing. Alside has been in business for over 50 years. Rest assured – you have the best warranty in the business! The Woodgrain vinyl fencing is warranted by Cambium Vinyl(www.maximumfence.com).
Vinyl accessories (post caps, picket caps, gate hardware, arbors, pergolas, signs, and all other garden accessories are warranted by their respective manufacturer). Most Garden Items have a 15 to 20 residential warranty. All solar caps have 2 year warranties.
(Vinyl extrusions have normal tolerances of + or - 10% of wall thickness, lifetime gate functionality is not warranted)
